good news!

Eric and I re-financed our home recently and had a meeting with our loan officer last night.  She built the re-fi fees into the loan and informed us that not only does she owe us money, we also don't have to make our December mortgage payment!  My mind is spinning with how we can use that money...  I want to get started on our basement :)
