Father's Day Weekend

Eric got done with work a little early on Friday so we headed to Eau Claire around 2.  We had a delicious (as always) dinner prepared by my dad, and lounged outside most of the evening.  On Saturday we took the kids to Irvine Park in Chippewa.  I'd been wanted to go for a while, and it did not disappoint.  The kids especially enjoyed the "splash pad" portion of the park :)

We made the trip home on Saturday, but only stopped briefly to grab more clothes and re-pack for the night at Eric's parents' house.  Before we went out there we stopped by the Steamboat Days carnival.  There are some definite weird-o's that make an appearance at Steamboat Days, but thankfully Reilly's too young to notice.  We spent the rest of our weekend at Dave and Karen's relaxing and soaking up some "Aunt Amy" time!

We're so thankful for the wonderful Dad's in our lives (and I'm thankful for Eric, too!!)
