thank the good Lord

..because my child isn't going to be illiterate after all!  Ry's finally found a love of books.  His favorite is probably "Where's Spot?" because it's a lift-the-flap and he likes to make all the animal noises.  This morning I told him to get "Goodnight Moon" and he marched over to his bookshelf and pulled the right one!  One proud mama over here :)
